Weight and Bleed

I didn't get a chance to squeeze anything in on Saturday morning, but this morning I ran 6 or so miles. It's so beautiful in NH where my parents live, even though it was like 45degrees out and had weird humid/warm spots. I wish I'd run even longer, but we had to head back to Boston and I'd already gotten a late start. That and if I continued I'd have had to jog up this insane hill.
